Delivery Policy

Our delivery service takes approximately 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. 

Please note that office hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm, at the weekend or during a public holiday will be processed at the first possible opportunity on the next working day. Please take this into consideration when counting days until delivery.

If we do not have the item or quantity you require in stock we will place them on back-order. We endeavour to dispatch back ordered items within 7-10 working days. If you require items urgently please contact 0800 368 8535 so we can check that our suppliers have the items in stock.

Our couriers deliver between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Please ensure your delivery address is manned during these times or we have instructions on where the product is to be left (excluding hazardous chemicals, such as acids). The driver cannot phone to give advanced warning and it is essential we have the correct delivery address and postcode.

Please Leave Detailed Delivery Instructions

Unless instructed otherwise our drivers may accept signatures from any inhabitant/staff member of the delivery address. Our drivers have no way of distinguishing between authorised and unauthorised inhabitants. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure their premises is inaccessible to anyone not authorised to accept delivery. If an item is for the attention of a specific person please state this prior to the orders dispatch. Packages may however be left with a neighbour for your convenience. If this is inappropriate please bring this to our attention prior to dispatch.

If the premises is unmanned at the point of delivery the driver will not leave packages unattended unless instructed to do so prior to dispatch. Hazardous chemicals cannot be left unattended. Nexus Cleaning Supplies are not responsible for losses caused by poor storage conditions, insufficient security, unauthorised access, etc, to the requested delivery location after the point of delivery so long as the goods have been delivered in accordance with buyer instruction. After 2 failed deliveries goods are returned to our suppliers' warehouse in accordance with the delivery company's policy. We reserve the right to charge you for the reasonable cost of re-dispatch.

Returns Policy

Please check any received items immediately upon receipt of the delivery. If you have received your item from Nexus and found it damaged or not to be as ordered you must inform us by telephone on 0800 368 8535. In this case you may return it to Nexus within 7 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials intact.

Returned items will be refunded minus the shipping fee paid to deliver and/or return (if arranged by us on your behalf) the product(s).

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received not in accordance with these requirements.
